By using VetFlow, you agree to these terms of service. VetFlow is a veterinary clinic management platform operated by GypaetusCo

1. Service Description

VetFlow provides cloud-based veterinary clinic management software including appointment scheduling, medical records, inventory management, billing, and client communication tools.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each clinic receives an isolated database. You must not share access credentials or allow unauthorized access to patient data.

3. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data entered into VetFlow. We process your data solely to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before deletion.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

6. Limitation of Liability

VetFlow is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
