  • Payment information: processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
  • Communication records: notification logs (email/SMS sent)

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To provide veterinary clinic management services
  • To send appointment reminders and notifications
  • To process subscription payments
  • To comply with legal and veterinary regulatory requirements

3. How long we keep it

We retain your personal data for the duration of your account plus 2 years, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Medical records may be retained longer for veterinary compliance. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

4. Who has access

Your data is accessible only to authorized staff at your veterinary clinic, based on their assigned role (administrator, veterinarian, receptionist, assistant). Each clinic has its own isolated database.

5. Third-party processors

We use the following third-party services to process data:

  • Stripe — Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
  • Twilio — SMS notification delivery

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access: download all your personal data from your portal profile
  • Right to portability: export your data in machine-readable format (JSON)
  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your account and personal data
